In preparation for starting this I reran LOOT on last time an decided to load everything up into ењЋdit and do some final housekeeping. I am intending to run through everything in the SR:LE CR followed by the SR:LEX CR and then go through each of the non-core/extended plugins and CR them (all of this into one CR plugin).

So having got the load order to within the limit and updated everything which needed it I am about to embark on the CR for the full build. So I can also pretty confidently say that none of the errors are being caused by renumbering of any of the IDs within the merges. None of the plugins showing below as containing errors relies on anything in any of the merges, and I have been very careful not to include in the merges any masters unless all dependents are also contained within the same merge. This has been an exhaustive process and I am pretty confident that the merges are all good and are not the cause of these errors. Every one of the merges has been individually CR'd, all scripts contained in merged mods checked to ensure there are no 'GetFormIDFromFile' calls on.

My load order now contains 49 merges which reduce the load order before bashed patch/DynDOLOD/DSR/ASIS to 246 (excluding the lvl list patches which bashed patch will remove). Unmerged it contains a total of just short of 580 plugins. I have an enormous build based off SR:LE and SR:LE Extended which for the past two months I have been adding to. I am putting this up as a fresh forum post in the hope that some far more experienced than me can point me in the right direction. The creators obviously know they buggered it up since they turned off comments in a hissy fit instead of actually taking on the criticism and giving people both options.Good afternoon all. Seriously, if they wanted to add the feature, fine, but don't bugger up how it's worked for years, and even if you do, actually complete the program and don't expect the user to fiddle with it so it works themselves. Frankly, i don't think it's worth trawling through files and command lines to try and fix a program so it works when it is far more simple to just use an older version. why the hell it's trying to rename a plugin I don't know. Now i move to a new computer, and SSE, try to download the TESVedit equivalent, and they've created one useless launcher that just sarcastically tells you that you are doing it wrong, and then another that tries to do far too much and has failed twice to 'rename a plugin'. about a two minute process, if that, per mod.

It was always just open it up, apply filter on one mod and screen for ITMs. Many mods need their dirty edits, but not their ITMs. I don't want to automatically run through the mod multiple times buggering about with it.

Just want to insure the most up to date information is made available.

Note: there are still two manual edits that must be made to Dawnguard, the afk guide is still good for that and is covered towards the bottom of the guide. Section 5.3.2 of the Tome of ењЋdit has instructions for setting it up for non-MO2 users.ДЇor MO2 in the Modify Executables dialogue for your ењЋdit you would add -autoquickclean -iknowwhatimdoing to the arguments field. I have cleaned the masters a number of times with the new method and it works as intended. It is easier and faster, it automatically applies the filter for cleaning, cleans itm and udr, saves and then repeats twice more for a total of three passes. It seems that the 4.0.x versions of ењЋdit -AutoQuickClean is the preferred method for cleaning the master files. Even though I only posted the second guide a couple weeks ago I should say that I now think it is actually outdated.
